  • Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes
  • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of payment

5. Data Handling

Your data is stored securely and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service. AI features process your data only to provide the requested functionality and do not use it for training external models.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Blaze Company s.r.o. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription period.

Content you create using the Service remains your intellectual property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

7. AI-Powered Actions and User Responsibility

The Service includes an AI assistant that can take real-world actions on your behalf. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that the AI assistant may, based on your instructions or configured automations:

  • Send emails, SMS messages, and instant messages (including Slack, Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp) on your behalf
  • Make phone calls to third parties (e.g., for booking reservations)
  • Create, modify, and delete calendar events, which may send notifications to other attendees
  • Execute shell commands, scripts, and automation on your connected devices
  • Automate browser actions within your logged-in sessions, including form submissions and navigation
  • Create, update, and delete tasks and records in third-party services (e.g., Asana, Todoist, Trello)
  • Generate and manage financial documents such as invoices and expense records
  • Read, process, and act upon your emails, messages, and other connected data sources

You authorize all actions taken by the AI assistant within the scope of your instructions and configured automations. You are solely responsible for reviewing, supervising, and accepting the consequences of all AI-initiated actions. The platform provides the AI tool; you bear full responsibility for the outcomes of actions taken on your behalf.

AI responses and actions may contain errors, inaccuracies, or produce unintended results. You must verify critical information and review important actions before and after execution. The AI assistant does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any action it takes.

Browser Automation and Session Access

The AI assistant may operate within your existing logged-in browser sessions, using your active cookies and credentials to perform actions. This means the AI can access any service you are currently authenticated with. During browser automation, the AI may:

  • Capture screenshots and extract page content to understand what is displayed on screen
  • Read data from one connected service and use it to perform actions on another (cross-service data flow)
  • Submit forms, click links, and navigate between pages within your authenticated sessions
  • Inadvertently trigger purchases, account changes, or irreversible actions on third-party websites

You should limit browser automation access to trusted sites and be aware that the AI interacts with your actual accounts and real data.

Prompt Injection and Adversarial Content

External content processed by the AI assistant — including web pages, emails, documents, and messages — may contain hidden or adversarial instructions designed to manipulate AI behavior. We implement safety measures including content classifiers and model training to detect and refuse such attacks, but these protections are not foolproof.

You are responsible for exercising caution when directing the AI to process content from untrusted sources. If the AI begins behaving unexpectedly, accessing resources you did not mention, or expanding beyond the scope of your request, stop the task immediately.

File Access

The AI assistant may read, create, modify, and delete files within the scope you grant it. You should be selective about which files and directories you expose to the AI, and avoid granting access to sensitive documents such as financial records, credentials, or personal identification files unless necessary. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important files.

8. Scheduled and Automated Operations

The Service allows you to create scheduled jobs and automated reactions (e.g., email-triggered automations) that run autonomously without per-execution confirmation. By creating such automations:

  • You acknowledge that these automations will execute automatically on the configured schedule or trigger, and may take any of the actions described in Section 7
  • You are responsible for all actions taken by automations you create, including any unintended consequences
  • You are responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and disabling automations that produce undesired results
  • We may disable automations that cause errors or abuse, but bear no liability for actions taken before disabling

For your safety, we recommend the following practices:

  • Start with simple, low-risk automations and increase complexity gradually as you build confidence
  • Do not embed sensitive credentials, API keys, or passwords directly in automation configurations
  • Review automation outputs regularly, even when they appear to be functioning correctly
  • Pause or delete automations you are no longer actively using
  • Be aware that automations triggered by external inputs (such as incoming emails) may be activated by adversarial or malicious content

9. Safety and Monitoring

We implement multiple layers of protection to reduce the risk of unintended AI behavior, including:

  • Model training to recognize and refuse malicious or manipulative instructions
  • Content classifiers that scan untrusted content for potential prompt injection attacks
  • Permission prompts for sensitive or destructive actions
  • Rate limiting and resource controls to prevent runaway operations
  • Per-user isolation for browser sessions and automated tasks

While we invest in these safety measures, the risk of an attack or unintended behavior is not zero. You should:

  • Review AI actions regularly, especially after processing content from external sources
  • Watch for unexpected patterns: Is the AI accessing resources you did not mention? Is the task scope expanding beyond what you asked for?
  • Report suspicious or unexpected AI behavior immediately via the in-app feedback mechanism or by contacting us at mr.sucik@gmail.com
  • Exercise extra vigilance when triggering actions from a mobile device, as the AI may be performing actions on server-side resources you cannot directly observe

10. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party services (such as Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack, banking providers, and others). Each connected integration expands the scope of actions the AI assistant can take on your behalf. By connecting a third-party service:

  • You authorize the AI assistant to access, read, and act upon data from that service within the scope of your instructions
  • You are responsible for complying with the third-party service's terms of service when using it through the AI assistant, including any restrictions on automated access
  • Data from one connected service may be used by the AI to inform or execute actions on another connected service
  • We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services

We recommend periodically reviewing your connected integrations and revoking access for services you no longer use.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blaze Company s.r.o., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

  • Actions taken by the AI assistant on your behalf, including communications sent, commands executed, or external services modified
  • Content generated, transmitted, or published through the Service on your behalf
  • Consequences of scheduled jobs, automated reactions, or other automations you configure
  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
  • Your use of third-party integrations connected through the Service

12. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
  • We are not liable for any actions taken by the AI assistant on your behalf, including but not limited to communications sent, commands executed, calendar events modified, or external services changed
  • Health tracking features are informational only and do not constitute medical advice
  • Financial tracking features are informational only and do not constitute financial advice
  • We are not liable for consequences of browser automation, including unintended purchases, account modifications, or data exposure resulting from actions taken within your authenticated sessions
  • We are not liable for damages caused by prompt injection, adversarial content, or other manipulation of the AI assistant by third-party content
  • We are not liable for unintended data disclosure resulting from cross-service data flow, where information from one connected service is used in actions on another

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ends immediately
  • We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow data export, after which it will be deleted
  • Any future paid features will be terminated upon account deletion

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Czech Republic. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of the EU or your country of residence.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Material changes, including those affecting AI actions or liability, will require your explicit re-acceptance before you can continue using the Service.
